• Contact and membership details (name, address, phone, email, licence number) to manage membership and communicate with members. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
• Messages sent through our forms, to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest.
• Photographs of club activities, published with care. If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, write to us and we will remove it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where the law requires it, or with the competent authorities and the hunting federation where this is necessary for membership.

Retention

Membership records are kept for as long as membership lasts and afterwards for the period required by law or by our accounting obligations. Enquiries are kept for up to [PERIOD] and then deleted.
