General Assembly
The General Assembly of members meets at least once a year. It approves the accounts and the activity report and elects the Board. [DATE AND PLACE OF THE NEXT GENERAL ASSEMBLY – to be added.]
How funds are used
Income comes from membership fees, donations and any permitted club activity. It is spent on conservation and habitat work, equipment and fuel, safety and education material, events for members and the administrative costs of the association.
Non-profit statement
Hunting Club "Gerontas" of Moni is a registered non-profit association in the Republic of Cyprus (MOI: ΛΕΜΣ2588). The association does not operate for profit and no profit or asset is distributed to its members, officers or directors. Any surplus is used only for the purposes of the association.
