Financial Transparency & Donations Policy
Records
All income and expenditure is recorded by the Treasurer. Accounts are presented to the General Assembly each year and are available to members on request.
Donations
Donations are accepted by bank transfer and recorded with the donor's name unless the donor asks to remain anonymous. We refuse donations where the source is unclear or where acceptance would compromise the club's independence.
Use of funds
Funds are used only for the purposes of the association. No profit or asset is distributed to members, officers or directors.
Publication
Annual activity reports and financial statements are published on the governance page after approval by the General Assembly.
