Anti-Corruption & Conflict of Interest Policy
Principle
The club does not offer, give, request or accept any improper payment or advantage, directly or indirectly.
Gifts and hospitality
Officers do not accept gifts or hospitality that could influence, or appear to influence, a decision of the club. Modest courtesy gifts are declared to the Board.
Conflicts of interest
A Board member or member with a personal or financial interest in a matter must declare it and take no part in the decision. Declarations are recorded in the minutes.
Reporting
Concerns may be reported to the Board at lillian@aviacollege.edu.ge. Anyone reporting in good faith will not be disadvantaged for doing so.
