Code of Conduct & Ethics

In the field

Hunt only in permitted areas, seasons and hours.
Respect bag limits and never target protected species.
Ask permission before entering private land.
Take cartridges and rubbish home.
Keep dogs under control and care for them properly.

Towards others

Respect other hunters, farmers, walkers and residents.
No harassment, insult or discrimination of any kind.
Help a member or a stranger in difficulty in the field.

Within the club

Attend the General Assembly and take decisions openly.
Do not use the club's name for personal or commercial gain.
Report breaches of this code to the Board.

Breaches

The Board examines reported breaches. Depending on the seriousness, the outcome may be a warning, suspension or expulsion, in accordance with the club's statute. Criminal matters are referred to the authorities.
