Child & Youth Protection Policy

Principle

The safety and wellbeing of children and young people comes before every other consideration at club activities.

Participation

Young people take part only where the law allows and with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
A parent, guardian or designated adult supervises them at all times.
No minor handles a firearm except where this is lawful and directly supervised.

Conduct and images

Adults never spend time alone and unobserved with a child at a club activity. Photographs of identifiable children are published only with parental consent and are removed on request.

Concerns

Any concern about the welfare of a child is reported at once to the Board (lillian@aviacollege.edu.ge) and, where appropriate, to the Social Welfare Services or the Police.
