About this website
This website is published by Senikau Association Committee (Inc.), an incorporated non-profit association registered in the Republic of Vanuatu (Registration No. 501645), office at Kumul Hwy, Port Vila, Vanuatu. It exists to describe our work, publish our accounts and governance, and let people contact us. It is not a shop and we take no payments through it.
Accuracy of information
We take care that program descriptions, figures and dates are correct at the time of publication, and we correct errors promptly when they are pointed out. Program details, intake dates and eligibility can change; the Port Vila office is the authoritative source for any decision you intend to rely on.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, photographs and the association's name and emblem are our property or are used with permission. You may quote from this site for non-commercial purposes with attribution to Senikau Association Committee (Inc.). You may not reproduce the emblem, imply endorsement, or use our material in advertising or fundraising without written permission.
Cultural material
Traditional designs, songs, oral history and other custom knowledge shown on this site belong to the communities and individuals who hold them, not to the association. They may not be copied, adapted, registered as a design or trade mark, or used commercially. If you wish to use such material, write to us and we will refer your request to the holders.
Your messages to us
Do not send confidential information about other people through the contact form. Messages that are abusive, or that attempt to misuse the form to send bulk or automated content, may be discarded and reported. We reply to genuine enquiries in writing within five working days.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a partner, donor or authority, we do so for information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by the law of Vanuatu, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, or from any interruption to the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Vanuatu, and the courts of Vanuatu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
