Work that is chosen by the communities it serves.

Every Senikau program starts with a written request from a member community and ends with a public report of what was spent and what changed. All programs are free to participants; none require membership, church affiliation or political support.

Program 01

Cultural Heritage & Traditional Knowledge

Recording and teaching indigenous weaving, carving, storytelling, string band music and custom protocol so that island knowledge passes to the next generation intact.

1,190 hours of oral history and music recorded and returned to source communities
38 master artisans engaged as paid teachers since 2019
Custom-protocol curriculum adopted by 22 partner schools

Program 02

Community Livelihoods & Micro-Enterprise

Practical training for smallholder growers, weavers, carvers and food producers in costing, record-keeping, packaging, cooperative selling and cyclone-season resilience.

1,460 producers trained across 63 communities
17 producer cooperatives formally constituted with written rules
Median reported household income from craft sales up 41% within two years of training

Program 03

Youth & Women's Inclusion

Leadership schools, literacy and rights education, safe referral pathways, and support for women and young people to take real seats in community decision-making.

2,840 women and young people enrolled since 2019
146 graduates now hold a seat on a community, church or school committee
31 village support circles active across 5 provinces
